We only do exchange for sizing for the same exact dress for a larger or a smaller size within 24 hours of received. Buyer is responsible to ship back the dress and provide tracking information for the exchange shipment. We will charge an exchange shipping fee based on the buyer’s requested shipping method for Domestic and International shipments.
To exchange an item(s) please email: email@example.com , our support team will review your request and provide all info for all authorized exchange. Once you receive your exchange confirmation number, you will send your items back using insured DHL or FedeX for safe receipt.
*We don’t accept returns, only exchange.
*Dresses returned without authorization will not be accepted.
*Custom made dresses or dresses that customer required alterations, will not be accepted for exchange.
*The time frame for exchange must not exceed 24 hours from when the original order was received.
*The dress must be shipped back in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
*The dress being exchanged must have the jewelry tag attached.
* We reserve the right to refuse the exchange if received in an unacceptable condition.
* We cannot accept any products that are shipped back without our prior knowledge.
* We are not liable for exchange item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.
Cancellation is not available; a store credit will be given for the full amount of the dress.
